Launching Wheel Installation Guide

🔧 Required Tools:

  •  1× 14 mm Socket Wrenc
  • 1× Phillips Screwdriver

  • 1× Power Drill

  • 1× 5/16 Drill Bit

🔩 Hardware Included:

  • 4× 50 mm Stainless Bolts
  • 4× Washers
  • 4× Locking Washers
  • 2× Launching Wheels
  • 2× Launching Wheel Brackets

🛠 Step-by-Step Installation Instructions

Step 1:

Prepare the Transom
Fully inflate all tubes and lift the transom approximately 10 inches off the ground.

Step 2:

For LX 250-420, HD 380/420 Models:

  • Ensure transom is 15″ high from where you are measuring.
  • Place the bracket on the aluminum transom and measure:
    • 6.5″ from the top of the transom
    • 2.5″ from the side of the tubes
  • Adjust measurements as needed to avoid tow hooks or plates.

 

For LX 250-420, HD 380/420 Models:

  • Ensure transom is 15″ high from where you are measuring.
  • Place the bracket on the aluminum transom and measure:
    • 6.5″ from the top of the transom
    • 2.5″ from the side of the tubes
  • Adjust measurements as needed to avoid tow hooks or plates.

 

For LX 250-420, HD 380/420 Models:

  • Ensure transom is 15″ high from where you are measuring.
  • Place the bracket on the aluminum transom and measure:
    • 6.5″ from the top of the transom
    • 2.5″ from the side of the tubes
  • Adjust measurements as needed to avoid tow hooks or plates.

For PRO 320/380/420 Models:

  • Ensure transom is 20″ high from where you are measuring.
  • Place the bracket on the aluminum transom and measure:
    • 10.5″ from the top of the transom
    • 2.75″ from the side of the tubes
  • Adjust measurements as needed to avoid tow hooks or plates.

Step 3

Drill your top hole then place a level against the side of your bracket while you mark you bottom hole. Remove bracket and drill bottom hole.

Step 4

Apply a ring of silicone around holes on bracket, then firmly press bracket into place and tighten down bolts.

Step 5

Place both brackets on the transom and firmly press down. Then proceed to tighten down both.

Step 6

Clip your wheels onto their brackets. You can also flip them up while in the water.

Step 3

Drill your top hole then place a level against the side of your bracket while you mark you bottom hole. Remove bracket and drill bottom hole.

Step 5

Place both brackets on the transom and firmly press down. Then proceed to tighten down both.

Step 4

Apply a ring of silicone around holes on bracket, then firmly press bracket into place and tighten down bolts.

 

Step 6

Clip your wheels onto their brackets. You can also flip them up while in the water.
